Service Dispatch & Authorization

By requesting emergency dispatch or scheduling an on-site diagnostic, property owners or authorized representatives authorize our technicians to perform non-invasive testing and inspect plumbing equipment located at the designated premises.

Estimates & Invoicing

All mechanical repairs, replacement parts, and tank installations are quoted upfront in writing prior to work commencing. Payment is due upon completion of authorized repairs.

Warranty Coverage

Replacement parts and equipment carry manufacturer warranties, supplemented by our local 1-year labor installation guarantee on qualifying repairs.
